1. Description of Flying Prep

Flying Prep is a test preparation platform operated by Urban Algorithm LLC, dedicated to helping students succeed on CLEP, DSST, and other standardized examinations. Our services include study guides, practice tests, flashcards, progress tracking, and educational resources designed to help users earn college credits through credit-by-examination programs.

2. Ownership and Usage Rights

2.1 Service Access

When you subscribe to Flying Prep, you gain the right to access and use our educational content, including study guides, practice tests, and flashcards. You own any personal study notes or data you input, but you do not have the right to copy, redistribute, or resell our proprietary content, including test questions, study materials, or any other educational resources provided through our platform.

2.2 Refund Policy

For subscriptions purchased on our website, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds for subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are handled by Apple, not by Urban Algorithm LLC, and are governed by Apple's refund policies. See Section 3 below for details.

2.3 Account Responsibilities

When using Flying Prep, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service solely for personal, educational purposes
• Not share your account access with others
• Not attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or copy protected content

3. iOS App In-App Purchases and Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

This section applies if you subscribe to Flying Prep through the iOS app on the Apple App Store. It is provided in addition to, and not in place of, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also governs your use of the iOS app.

3.1 Subscription tiers and prices

Flying Prep offers three auto-renewing subscription tiers through the iOS app. All prices are in U.S. dollars and apply to U.S. App Store accounts.

• Weekly subscription: $7.99 per week, with a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers. The free trial converts automatically to a paid weekly subscription if you do not cancel before the trial ends.
• Monthly subscription: $29.99 per month.
• Yearly subscription: $149.99 per year.

3.2 Payment and auto-renewal

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the subscription tier you have selected.

3.3 Managing and cancelling your subscription

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your iOS Settings, tapping your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, and selecting Flying Prep. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

3.4 Refunds for iOS subscriptions

Refunds for subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are issued by Apple, not by Urban Algorithm LLC. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. Apple's refund policy governs eligibility and timing. The 30-day money-back guarantee described in Section 2.2 does not apply to App Store purchases.

3.5 Privacy and policy links

For details on how we handle data collected through the iOS app and in-app purchases, please see our Privacy Policy. By subscribing through the iOS app you also agree to these Terms of Service.

4. User Data and Privacy

We collect and store user data, including name, email, payment information, and product usage data, as necessary to provide our services. This includes your study progress, quiz results, and platform interactions to personalize your learning experience. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Flying Prep, including but not limited to study guides, practice questions, flashcards, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Urban Algorithm LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from our platform without prior written permission from Urban Algorithm LLC.

6. Educational Disclaimer

Flying Prep provides test preparation resources but does not guarantee specific exam scores or outcomes. Success on CLEP, DSST, or other examinations depends on many factors including individual study habits, prior knowledge, and test-taking conditions.

Flying Prep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with the College Board, Prometric, DSST Program, or any testing organization. All exam names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

7. Geographic Restrictions

Flying Prep services are not offered to residents of the European Union or other jurisdictions with comprehensive data protection regulations (including but not limited to GDPR, comprehensive cookie consent requirements, or similar privacy frameworks). Users located in these jurisdictions are prohibited from using our services. While technical constraints may occasionally allow access from restricted regions, such use constitutes a violation of these Terms and users in restricted jurisdictions must immediately cease use of our services. We reserve the right to block access from any jurisdiction at our discretion.

8. Non-Personal Data Collection

We use web cookies and similar technologies to collect non-personal data for the purpose of improving our services, analyzing usage patterns, and enhancing user experience.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urban Algorithm LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.

11. Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Users are encouraged to check this page at regular intervals. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
